We are a small family business based in Cornwall specialising in waste management and ecology. Although focussed in the south west, we have clients in London and south Wales. We have also worked in Azerbaijan, Singapore, Grenada and the Outer Hebrides. Over the years we have established a well-respected, approachable consultancy offering diverse environmental services supported by a network of expert advisors. Glyn Leppitt – is a Chartered Waste Manager with more than 32 years experience of the waste industry (including full NEBOSH Diploma) and specialist knowledge of:

• CIWM (WAMITAB) assessing
• CIWM (WAMITAB) training for Continuing Competence
• Environmental Permitting
• Planning for waste facilities
• Health & Safety audits
• Environmental monitoring of landfills
• Managing landfill leachate treatment

Dr. Pam Leppitt MCIEEM – is an ecologist with 36 years wide-ranging experience of:

• Ecological research
• Environmental and higher education
• Long term monitoring, vegetation survey and statistical analysis, including multivariate analysis
• Ecological Appraisal (PEA and EcIA)
• Environmental Permitting and planning applications
• Habitat management and conservation

Associate Personnel

Sue Dale – is our administrator for the CIWM (WAMITAB) centre. Sue has 21 years experience in education and 12 years practical experience of environmental monitoring and data management

John Rowcliffe – is a peripatetic CIWM (WAMITAB) assessor. John has 51 years experience of the waste industry

Susan Webb – our Internal Quality Assurance verifier for the CIWM (WAMITAB) centre. Susan has 27 years experience in the waste management industry and a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety

All our WAMITAB qualified staff hold current Level 4 NVQ equivalent qualifications in:

• Managing Landfill Hazardous Waste
• Managing Transfer Hazardous Waste
• Managing Treatment Hazardous Waste
• as well as up-to-date Continuing Competence in each of the above

Harry Leppitt (10. 02.1938 – 18. 11.2015) had many years expertise in waste management and was our first internal verifier for WAMITAB awards. Harry was instrumental in the successful establishment of the WAMITAB training centre and had a special interest in Health & Safety at work
